OUTCOMES DIRECTOR: MRS SAM SUMMERS
Sam has been a Governor at Middleton Primary School since before it opened in 2003 and has been chair for the majority of that time. More recently her involvement has extended to becoming a Director of the Kingsbridge Educational Trust.
Sam has worked as part of the Senior Leadership in a School for a number of years so has an excellent insight into the operational elements as well as experience in the strategic management of schools. Both her boys were educated at Middleton and more recently at Oakgrove School and she is passionate about educational excellence, inclusion and​ in particular all children being offered the opportunity to achieve their full potential​.
MR CHARLES CLAY: SAFEGUARDING DIRECTOR
Charles is a solicitor and partner with a solicitors practice basin in Milton Keynes and London. He has lived in Milton Keynes for approximately 25 years and in Middleton for 21 years and has 2 children both of whom attending Middleton and Oakgrove Schools. Charles was a governor of Oakgrove school from its inception until 2016 and was also a governor of Middleton Primary schoolf for approximately 2 years. Hes has been a committee chair and Safeguarding Governor. Charles has served on the Finance and Personnel Committee and the Admissions, Discipline and Welfare Committtee at Oakgrove School. He resigned from both governing bodies when he became a director of KET in 2016. Charles in now director with a responsibility for Safeguarding within the MAT. He has strongly supported the successful growth of both Oakgrove and Middleton schools and looks forward to a similarly success journey with Kents Hill Park
Dr Colin Parsloe
Born in Zimbabwe, Dr Colin Parsloe achieved his medical training in South Africa. He specialised in Ophthalmology in the U.K. and now works as an Ophthalmologist in Milton Keynes University Hospital. 
He is an innovator and has a keen interest in looking for growth opportunities. He has founded and runs three successful U.K. companies. He has started up Research units within the NHS and has published research in leading medical journals.
He is passionate about education and is an experienced keynote speaker at national and international ophthalmic conferences. 
He would describe himself as being driven and very much forward looking and a true optimist. His passion in life is his family including his wife and three young children. He loves being fit and has taken up competing in triathlons.
HeADteacher of middleton primary school: Mrs rachel roberts
Rachel has held a number of different senior leadership positions within primary schools for over ten years and is very proud to be the current Head teacher of Middleton Primary School, which has recently been judged as outstanding by Ofsted. Her expertise include staff training & development, analysis of outcomes and leading teaching & learning. Rachel strongly believes that a quality education with high expectations is an entitlement, leading to excellent life chances for all children. Rachel values teamwork in a supportive and challenging environment to bring out the best in everybody, ultimately providing the very best opportunities for all of our children.
HEADteacher of Oakgrove School: Mr ian tett
Born and raised in the rolling chalk hills of Wiltshire and now living more locally in Woburn Sands, Ian has been involved in school leadership for over 16 years. After completing his PGCE at the University of Leicester, his first teaching roles were in Northampton, initially as a Teacher of Geography, but later as Director of Humanities.  In September 2005 Ian started at Oakgrove School, taking on a range of teaching and leadership roles, including being an Advanced Skills Teacher, Chartered Geographer, Director of Humanities Specialist Status, and more recently as Senior Deputy Headteacher for Behaviour and Safety.  In the last three years Ian has been Headteacher at Oakgrove and also sits on the executive boards for Worktree (a local career based charity) and for the Tommy Flowers SCITT programme
Headteacher of monkston primary school: mrs hannah williams;       co-opted
Hannah qualified as a primary teacher in 2002 from the University of Plymouth and has worked at Monkston Primary school since her NQT year. During her career, Hannah has worked as EYFS & KS1 team leader, deputy headteacher for eight years and is now headteacher. Hannah has served on the governing body for 10 years. Hannah is aa member of both the Finance and Personnel and Standard, Teaching and Learning committees of Monkston Primary School's local governing body. Hannah is dedicated to providing the best possible education for the Pupils at Monkston Primary school by ensuring their moral and academic development. 
OAKGROVE SCHOOL PRIMary & nursery: Mr Mark sim;                                   co-opted
Mark is very proud to be the current Headteacher of Oakgrove Primary and Nursery, which opened as an expansion of Oakgrove School in September 2016. Mark is passionate about ensuring the very best outcomes for all children, across a broad and balanced curriculum. Mark believes that growing and developing staff to achieve their potential, within a culture of the very highest expectations is central to achieving this goal. Mark is interested in all aspects of education leadership and holds an MBA from University College London. 
 
Mrs linda herrera: co-opted
Linda is an Engineer working as an Operational and Deals consultant Grant Thornton, prior to that she worked in the manufacturing industry for over 15 years deploying Operational Excellence across operations, business processes and strategic and technology implementation. 
Linda is passionate about education. She firmly believes that a good education coupled with a loving and supportive family are the bedrock for society to grow and make a positive contribution to their local communities and the world. 
Linda has been a governor at Middleton Primary school since 2016 and joined the KET as a director in 2017. 
Linda has lived in Milton Keynes for 13 years with her husband and two sones, both of whom are pupils at Middleton Primary School.
Mr Paul Watts: co-opted
Paul has been a resident of Milton Keynes since 2003.  He is married with two children wh are currently studying at Monkston Primary School and Oakgrove Secondary school respectively.  His involvement in education governance began in 2012 when he joined the Board of Governors of Monkston Primary School as a parent governor and development governor, taking the chair of the Finance, Personnel and Resources sub-comittee in 2014 adn was subsequently appointed as Chairman of the Board in July 2015.  He has recently headed-up the process of the academy conversion for Monkston Primary School and ultimately its integration into the Kingsbridge Educational Trust
 
His main vocation is Information and Cyber Security and he is currently the Chief Information Security Officer for Network Rail, the owner and maintainer fo the UK's railway network and part of the UK's Critical National Infrastructure.  When not suporting his organisation in maintaining its position as one of the safest and secure railways on the globe, he undertakes public speaking engagements on various topics within the security industry, including the advocacy of the safe use of Internet technologies amongst vulnerable demographic groups such as the young and the elderly.
